I normally eat here once a week and the experiences have been great. However today is definitely not one of those days. So first of all the portion is significantly less comparing to what I normally have. I'm not kidding, like almost 50% less. Then I was speechless when I opened the bowl after I got back to the office. The staff didn't put chicken in and I clearly ordered chicken and paid for it. I don't want to give this location a bad rating just because of this one time experience. I just want the store owner/manager to know that normally your staff have been great during lunch hour, but whoever was working lunch hour today needs a better training.
Excellent food, simple to order, great price with a $5 coupon given and with Uber delivery! Fabulous. I will be back for more!
I saw other reviews mentioning the empty fridge but it was full and well stocked when I visited. I ordered a regular lemon grass soup and they were so gracious as to give me a large one with no additional cost since they hadn’t smaller containers. The space is ample, which makes it look less crowded than other places, but when you have a baby with a stroller this is a blessing instead of a point against. Tysm to the staff. We had a great time and did energize and cleanse! They have a great patio too. Pretty cool ambiance for a Freshii since others I’ve visited tend to be crammed in small spaces with a couple of tables at best.
